How to make an invoice as a freelancer
- Add your details: your name or business, email, and optionally your address or website. They're remembered for next time.
- Add the client: their name or company, and their email and address if they need them for their records.
- List the work: one line per service, with quantity (hours, pages, items) and your rate. Add a discount or tax if needed.
- Say how to pay: your Payoneer email or receiving account, bank details, or another method.
- Download the PDF and send it to your client by email or message.
What every invoice should include

Only in your own browser. Your details are saved on your device so they're filled in next time, and nothing is uploaded to a server.
Can I make an invoice in Bangla?
Yes. Switch the invoice language to বাংলা and the headings, dates and numbers on the invoice change to Bangla. You can also choose BDT or any other currency.
How do I get paid through Payoneer with this invoice?
Put your Payoneer email, or the USD receiving account details from your Payoneer account, in the payment details box. Your client can then pay you directly, and the details appear at the bottom of the invoice.
